Dean and I get asked often how to make wine.  We go back to the days when we did it in our cellar.  

Here at Narrows Creek Winery, we offer the Winemaking Experience.

The customer would choose a wine kit from a list we offer and start their own wine.   We keep the product on site to keep the customer on task.   They visit us up to 4 times over a 6-week period.   

The end result is a wine of their liking.  Approximately 27-30 bottles.
